Payment Terms & Status

This page explains the payment terms for DAO.AD Webmasters, including the minimum payout amount, regular payment schedule, payment-on-request option, and payment statuses.
Before You Begin
- Role: Webmaster

- Active DAO.AD account
- Completed contact information
- Completed payment information
- Valid payment method configured in your account
- Minimum payout: $10
Minimum Payout
The minimum payout amount is $10 USD.
You must have at least $10 in your available balance to receive a payment.
Regular Payments
DAO.AD automatically processes regular payments every Thursday for Webmasters whose available balance is $10 or more.
Payments are sent to the payment method specified as Default in your DAO.AD account.
Important: Make sure that all required contact and payment information is completed and up to date on your Profile page. If the required information is missing or incomplete, the payment cannot be processed.
Payment on Request
Webmasters can also request a payment when their available balance reaches $10 or more.
Payments requested during business days are normally processed within one business day.
The actual time required to receive the payment may depend on the selected payment method and the payment provider.
DAO.AD uses external payment providers to process payments and does not operate its own payment currency. Payment providers may apply their own processing fees.
DAO.AD does not charge fees for Webmaster payouts.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
- Credit Card (Capitalist)
- Mobile (Capitalist)
- Payoneer
- Tether USDT - Tron (TRC20)
- Tether USDT - Ethereum (ERC20)
The availability of payment methods may depend on the current configuration of the DAO.AD platform. Contact your Personal Manager if you wish get paid with another than standart payment method.
Payment Status
You can check your payments in the Payouts section of your DAO.AD account.
Use the Status filter to find payments by their current status:
- Wait - the payment is waiting to be processed.
- Hold - the payment is temporarily placed on hold.
- Block - the payment has been blocked.
- Paid - the payment has been completed.
You can also filter payouts by date, payment method, and note.
Payment Restrictions
DAO.AD reserves the right to withhold payments associated with suspicious traffic.
If a Webmaster violates DAO.AD rules or payment terms, DAO.AD may permanently block the Webmaster account and withhold unpaid earnings.
Troubleshooting
Issue: I have more than $10, but I did not receive my payment.
Solutions
- Make sure all required contact and payment information is completed on your Profile page.
- Check that a valid payment method is configured.
- Check the payment status in the Payouts section.
- If the payment was requested manually, allow up to one business day for processing.
- If the payment is on hold or blocked, contact DAO.AD Support or your personal manager.
Issue: My payment is delayed.
Payment processing time may depend on the selected payment method and the payment provider.
If the payment has exceeded the expected processing time, contact DAO.AD Support or your personal manager.
