# Payment Terms & Status

##### Summary

This page explains the payment terms for DAO.AD Webmasters, including the minimum payout amount, regular payment schedule, payment-on-request option, and payment statuses.

##### Before You Begin

- ****Role:****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> Webmaster</span>
- ****Required information:****
    - Active DAO.AD account
    - Completed contact information
    - Completed payment information
    - Valid payment method configured in your account
- ****Minimum payout:****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> $10</span>

##### Minimum Payout

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">The minimum payout amount is </span>****$10 USD****.

You must have at least $10 in your available balance to receive a payment.

##### Regular Payments

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">DAO.AD automatically processes regular payments every </span>****Thursday****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> for Webmasters whose available balance is </span>****$10 or more****.

Payments are sent to the payment method specified as Default in your DAO.AD account.

<p class="callout warning">****Important:****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> Make sure that all required contact and payment information is completed and up to date on your Profile page. If the required information is missing or incomplete, the payment cannot be processed.</span></p>

##### Payment on Request

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Webmasters can also request a payment when their available balance reaches </span>****$10 or more****.

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Payments requested during business days are normally processed </span>****within one business day****.

The actual time required to receive the payment may depend on the selected payment method and the payment provider.

DAO.AD uses external payment providers to process payments and does not operate its own payment currency. Payment providers may apply their own processing fees.

<p class="callout info">****DAO.AD does not charge fees for Webmaster payouts.****</p>

##### Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

- Credit Card (Capitalist)
- Mobile (Capitalist)
- Payoneer
- Tether USDT - Tron (TRC20)
- Tether USDT - Ethereum (ERC20)

The availability of payment methods may depend on the current configuration of the DAO.AD platform. Contact your Personal Manager if you wish get paid with another than standart payment method.

##### Payment Status

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">You can check your payments in the </span>****Payouts****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> section of your DAO.AD account.</span>

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Use the </span>****Status****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> filter to find payments by their current status:</span>

- ****Wait****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - the payment is waiting to be processed.</span>
- ****Hold****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - the payment is temporarily placed on hold.</span>
- ****Block****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - the payment has been blocked.</span>
- ****Paid****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - the payment has been completed.</span>

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">You can also filter payouts by </span>****date****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">, </span>****payment method****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">, and </span>****note****.

##### Payment Restrictions

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">DAO.AD reserves the right to withhold payments associated with </span>****suspicious traffic****.

If a Webmaster violates DAO.AD rules or payment terms, DAO.AD may permanently block the Webmaster account and withhold unpaid earnings.

##### Troubleshooting

****Issue: I have more than $10, but I did not receive my payment.****

****Solutions****

- Make sure all required contact and payment information is completed on your Profile page.
- Check that a valid payment method is configured.
- <span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Check the payment status in the </span>****Payouts****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> section.</span>
- If the payment was requested manually, allow up to one business day for processing.
- If the payment is on hold or blocked, contact DAO.AD Support or your personal manager.

****Issue: My payment is delayed.****

Payment processing time may depend on the selected payment method and the payment provider.

If the payment has exceeded the expected processing time, contact DAO.AD Support or your personal manager.

# Referral Program

##### Summary

The DAO.AD Referral Program allows Webmasters to earn additional income by referring new users to the DAO.AD platform.

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">You receive </span>****5% of the income generated by your referrals****.

##### How It Works

1. <span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Open the </span>****Referrals****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> section in your DAO.AD account.</span>
2. Copy your personal referral link.
3. Share the link with new users who may be interested in working with DAO.AD.
4. <span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">When a new user registers through your referral link and generates income, you receive </span>****5% of their income****.
5. Referral earnings are added to your account balance.

##### Your Referral Link

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Your personal referral link is available in the </span>****Referrals****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> section of your DAO.AD account.</span>

Use this link when inviting new users to DAO.AD so that their account can be associated with your referral.

##### Referral Statistics

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">The </span>****Referrals****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> page displays information about your referred users, including:</span>

- ****Date****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - the date when the referral was registered;</span>
- ****Referral ID****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> - the identifier of the referred user.</span>

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Referral earnings can be viewed in the </span>****Balance****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> section of your account.</span>

> ****Note:****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> Referral statistics are updated periodically and may not appear immediately after a new user registers.</span>

##### Important Rules

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">The referral program is intended for attracting </span>****new users****<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> to DAO.AD.</span>

Do not use your own referral link to register another account or attempt to artificially generate referral earnings.

****Violation of the referral program rules may result in your DAO.AD account being blocked.****
